This policy covers credit packs bought on myaibartender.com, operated by myaibartender. Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record.
If you buy a credit pack and change your mind, you can return it for a full refund as long as the pack is unopened.
Your free credits are always used first. A pack only opens once your free credits have run out and at least one of the pack's credits has been used. Until then, it's treated like an item still in its packaging.
If you hold more than one pack, the smallest opens first. Among packs of the same size, the oldest opens first. This keeps your larger and newer purchases returnable for as long as possible.
Once a pack is opened, it can't be refunded, and that includes any credits left unused. Free credits carry no cash value and can't be refunded or exchanged.
Email support@myaibartender.com from the address on your account, and tell us which purchase you'd like to return. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Polar, and all of that pack's credits, including any bonus credits, are removed from your account.
Polar may also issue refunds at its own discretion, for example to resolve a payment dispute.
