These terms apply to myaibartender.com and the My AI Bartender app, operated by myaibartender ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
You must be of legal drinking age where you live. You confirm this when you create your account.
Keep your login details secure and your email address current, since it's how we verify your account and reset your password. You're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile.
Credits are a virtual currency used only inside the app to generate cocktail recipes. The number of credits a cocktail uses depends on the bartender you choose, and it's shown in the app before you generate. Credits don't expire. They have no cash value, can't be transferred to another account, and can't be exchanged for money except as described in our Refund Policy.
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Each pack adds its credits to your balance, on top of any free credits you've received, and bonus credits that come with a pack belong to that pack. Your free credits are always used first. Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, which handles billing, sales tax and receipts. We may change pack sizes and prices for future purchases, and credits you already hold stay in your account.
Recipes are created by artificial intelligence and may contain mistakes. Check every ingredient against your own allergies and dietary needs before you make a drink. Please drink responsibly, and never drink and drive. You are responsible for how you use the recipes.
Use the app for your own personal enjoyment. Attempts to disrupt the service, access other people's accounts, scrape content in bulk or work around the credit system may lead to your account being suspended or closed.
My AI Bartender is in beta. We work to keep it running well, and it's provided "as is", so features may change and the service may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the bottom of this page shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app means you accept the changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
